The RAG team, who won Student Group of the Year
Students' Guild Awards winners revealed
Students gathered with special guests from the Students' Guild and University of Exeter to celebrate the 2014 Students' Guild Awards.
The Students' Guild Awards were introduced in 2013 to recognise the outstanding commitment of Exeter students to creating the best possible experience for their peers. The categories for the 2014 Guild Awards were selected to recognise and reward students from every area of Guild activity from societies and campaigning to customer service and student welfare.
The ceremony itself, featuring 10 award categories and held on Friday, 6 June was hosted by the 2013/14 Sabbatical Officers.
Guild President Hannah Barton said:
"The Guild Awards is a wonderful night of celebration when we bring students together to reflect on the year's successes. Many of our members show exceptional commitment to the student experience throughout the year and this is the time that we come together to thank them publicly. Congratulations to all our winners and those who have been highly commended, and also to everyone who was nominated by their peers who value and appreciate their efforts."
Vice-President Participation & Campuses Jak Curtis-Rendall said:
"I am proud to celebrate with our outstanding students and congratulate everyone who has been nominated for an award. The Students' Guild could not provide the experiences it does without the amazing input of our members and I hope that the Guild Awards will continue in the years ahead to recognise their incredible achievements."
The full winners list is also available on the Guild Awards pages.
