Colleague Health and Wellbeing Survey

A confidential Colleague Health and Wellbeing Survey is open for University of Exeter staff from 7-21 December.

Please complete the survey online.

The 8-10 minute, anonymous survey aims to collect data on how colleagues are feeling and the key issues that are affecting them. We aim to continually improve our environment to enable colleagues to thrive. This is an ongoing process that requires input and feedback from us all and results are vital to inform the scope of future colleague wellbeing work. Responses cannot be traced back to individuals or teams.

The survey questions are based on evidence-based approaches to workplace wellbeing and mental health, including recommendations set out in the Thriving at Work Review of Mental Health and Employers, the HSE Management Standards and advice from the mental health charity, Mind.

We will share headline results in January 2021. Statistics and responses may be presented to senior management groups to provide insights, but no personal data will be shared.

If you are looking for support now, you can always go to exeter.ac.uk/coronavirus/wellbeing for wellbeing information, tools and support or email occupationalhealth@exeter.ac.uk for confidential advice on choosing the right support for you.
