Alumni Reunions in Turkey
The University visited Turkey for the second time in April 2010 and organised a lecture and alumni reception in Ankara and Istanbul. Professor Susan Banducci, Professor in Political Science and Deputy Head of School for Humanities and Social Sciences gave a lecture on Turkey in the European Media.
Thirty alumni attended the event in Ankara and 55 in Istanbul. Professor Banducci was accompanied by colleagues from the International Office and the Development and Alumni Relations Office.
The event in Ankara was held on 6 April at the Sheraton Hotel and Istanbul on 9 April at the British Consulate General. It was an opportunity for alumni to find out the latest from the University and to touch base with friends.
