Exeter man chairs new legal recruitment venture
University of Exeter alumnus Chris Harrison has become Chairman of a newly-launched senior legal recruitment venture, IV League Talent Limited.
In addition to his Chairmanship, Chris is a Director of Leaders’ Quest, and the treasurer and a trustee of the Leaders’ Quest Foundation. He is a director of The Innovation Group plc and a member of the Appeal Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Chris (History 1976) was European head of the technology group at Ernst & Young from 2004 to 2007. His career with the firm spanned over thirty years and included leadership of the London office, entrepreneurial services group and the firm’s southern UK region. He combines his senior appointments with his work as a consultant, coach and mentor, and he completed his Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Management College in 2009.
Whilst based in the UK, Chris also spends a significant amount of time overseas as the Founder and Chairman of The Friends of Baale Mane Gopalapura, a charity formed to support a home in Bangalore for girls who do not have parents able to care for them.
