5th Edition of Merkin and Flannery's Annotated Arbitration Act 1996 published

Last month Informa published the 5th Edition of Merkin and Flannery's Annotated Arbitration Act 1996.

A launch party for this latest edition was held on 1st May on the HMS Wellington, moored on the Thames.

The event was well attended by a large number of practising lawyers, arbitrators and members of the judiciary. Exeter's special guests included professors from Tsinghua University in Beijing and Dalian Maritime University.
