Law staff members recently gave a presentation at the Singapore Management University School of Law.
Professor Mel Kenny and Professor James Devenney gave a presentation entitled ‘Challenges for the Harmonisation of Transnational Commercial Law: Unfair Terms, Consumers, Suretyships and EU Harmonisation as a Case Study’ at a workshop on ‘The future of banking and financial services regulation and implications for Asia’ in Singapore on 27th February.
