Dr Onyeka Osuji has written a piece for The Conversation on Theresa May's proposed criminal finance bill

The bill seeks to make companies and directors criminally responsible for failing to prevent money laundering, false accounting and fraud by employees.

Dr Osuji previously practised in corporate and commercial law and is qualified as a barrister and solicitor of Nigeria and a (non-practising) solicitor of England and Wales. He has advised individuals, corporations, and national and international governmental and non-governmental organizations.
