Dr Prince speaks at Civil Mediation Council Conference
Dr Sue Prince recently discussed mandatory mediation at the Civil Mediation Council Conference in Leeds.
The Civil Mediation Council promotes standards and quality in mediation and aims to encourage the use of mediation in civil and commercial cases.
Taking place on 22 May, the conference is a national event which highlights current debates in mediation and justice. It is attended by mediators, lawyers, judges, academics, policy makers and commentators on alternatives to traditional justice.
Dr Prince discussed whether mediation should be made compulsory in England and Wales in light of developments elsewhere in the world.
