Professor Schmitt receives position in new Harvard Law School program

Professor Mike Schmitt has been appointed the first Fellow at the Harvard Law School’s newly established Program in International Law and Armed Conflict. 

The program is designed to "provide a space for research on critical challenges facing the various fields of public international law related to armed conflict — including the jus ad bellum, the jus in bello (international humanitarian law/law of armed conflict), international human rights law, international criminal law, the law of state responsibility, and other relevant fields.” pilac.law.harvard.edu/about/

Professor Schmitt will accordingly contribute to the research agenda at Harvard Law.
