Richard Moorhead is a leading researcher on lawyers ethics, having worked on projects for the Legal Aid Board, the SRA, and the Inns of Court College of Advocacy. He is currently working on a project on Lawyers in the Grey Zone which deals with lawyers facing integrity challenges, such as this case, and the misuse of Non-Disclosure Agreements.
