Working in Tanzania - Sep 2014

Dr Antonieta Medina-Lara and Myles-Jay Linton are working with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and with the National Institute of Medical Research in Tanzania to assess the barriers to the scale-up of intermittent preventive treatment of malaria in pregnancy (IPTp) and the syndromic management of curable STIs/RTIs. Exeter leads the design and analysis of two discrete choice experiments with pregnant women and health care providers which initially work was conducted in Mwanza, Tanzania.
