A wider perspective on animal health and welfare

Keith Howe was invited by Duchy College to speak to students and staff on 10 November 2011.  His paper, entitled the Economics of Animal Health and Welfare: the Wider Perspective, outlined that animal health and welfare is not just a farm issue but an issue for the whole of society.
