'In Our Hands' will be screened at the University on 18th June

The CRPR presents 'In Our Hands'

The CRPR is delighted to be able to present a free screening of the film In Our Hands – Seeding Change.

In Our Hands tells the inspiring story behind the blood, sweat and tears of the British farmers seizing the Brexit moment to outgrow the industrial food system.  It has been made throughout the tumultuous year of the Brexit referendum as a collaboration between the small scale farmers’ union, Landworkers’ Alliance and BlackBark films. It has been made to bring people together to think about food and to bust the myths of the industrial farming system. It is also a rallying cry to get people involved in the growing food sovereignty movement that is transforming our food system from the bottom up.

The film we be screened on Monday 18th June 2018 at 18.00 in Laver LT6.  It will be introduced by Charlotte Chivers, PhD Researcher in the CRPR, and will be followed by a question and answer session chaired by Matt Lobley, Director of the CRPR.  To reserve your place, please use the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/crpr-film-screening-in-our-hands-tickets-46183083847
