Catherine Dupré awarded fellowship at Max Planck Institute for Public International and Comparative Law

Catherine Dupré was awarded a visiting fellowship in June and July 2018 to work at the Max Planck Institute in Heidelberg, Germany on her project on European constitutionalism and democracy.

She was part of the international team that commented on the LM ruling by the European Court of Justice on the Verfassungsblog: Individuals and Judges in Defense of the Rule of Law
