The Human Rights and Democracy Forum hosted prominent Icelandic constitutional law expert, Ágúst Thór Árnason, University of Akureyri, for a three day visit in November.
A leading scholar in Icelandic constitutionalism, Ágúst Thór Árnason also sat on the 2010 Committee of seven experts, which prepared the initial report on the constitutional revision.
