Democratic Governance and International Law

Catherine Dupré was invited to present a research paper at a workshop on ‘Democratic Governance and International Law: 25 Years later’ convened by the Manchester International Law Centre (3-4 Nov 2017).

Her paper was entitled ‘Europe 25 Years Later: A Duty of Democracy’ and reflected on the extent to which democracy can be understood as a constitutional requirement in the European area.
