Catherine Dupré gives key note address in Reykjavik

In September 2018 Catherine Dupré gave a key note address at a conference on ‘Democratic Constitutional Design? The Future of Public Engagement’ held at the University of Iceland in Reykjavik. Entitled ‘We the People: the Constitutional Promise and Icelandic Drafters’, it reflected on the reform process between 2009 and 2017 and was delivered on the day the Icelandic Prime Minister confirmed her government’s intention to resume and complete the reform of the 1944 constitution.
