Tom Lowenthal presents research paper on children’s rights

On 29 January 2019 the Forum welcomed Tom Lowenthal, University of Oxford (Stipendiary Lecturer in EU Law at St Peter’s College and DPhil candidate at Balliol College), who presented a paper entitled ‘Children’s Rights in Independent Schools: Private Law as the Locus for Public Duties.’
