Christopher Stanley presents his work on litigating the Irish mother and baby home atrocity

On 28th April 2021 the Human Rights and Democracy Forum welcomed Christopher Stanley, Litigation Consultant with the Northern Ireland firm of solicitors Kevin R Winters Law LLP, who presented an aspect of his current work under the title 'Bear in Mind these Dead: Litigation and the Mother and Baby Home Atrocity.'

In his presentation he outlined his work with the Legacy Litigation Team, the background to the mother and baby home cases, and some of the international law and human rights dimensions that they raise.
