Hub investigators publish paper in Nature Communications

A team of researchers and clinicians, including Professor Krasimira Tsaneva-Atanasova and Professor Andrew Hattersley from the University of Exeter has compared and evaluated methods based on the means of genetic risk scores' distributions; the Earth Mover's Distance between distributions; a linear conbination of kernel density estimates of distribution; and an Excess method.

The paper Estimating disease prevalence in large datasets using genetic risk scores was published in November 2021 in the journal Nature Communications.
