Road access changes to the Sports Park
The University is about to embark on a large scale building projects to enhance the campus. This will lead to some disruption in terms of parking and access around the campus. As of 19 October Stocker Road will become one-way, up the hill. When leaving the Sports Park cars will be directed along North Park Road and Rennes Drive to exit the campus at the very bottom of Stocker Road.
The footpath on the right of Stocker Road as you come up the hill will be removed, there will still be a footpath on the other side.
This work will also mean the loss of some parking spaces down Stocker Road. There are temporary parking signs directing people to available parking, however this will be limited.
For Sports Park customers in the evenings using the outdoor pitches car park B is the best option. This car park is largely empty and very close to all the pitches. There is also an illumiated path linking all the pitches and the Sports Centre building. Please see the campus map for more details.
