Wales men's squad made history by qualifying for their first-ever World Cup. Among those involved was 1st XI vice-captain Rhys Bradshaw. The penultimate game against Ireland was tough, it went to penalty shuffles with Wales clinching the victory to send them to the 2023 World Cup. Already qualified, they had one last game to play to prove their worth, which ended with a 2-1 victory over France.
